Policies
Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and all major credit cards. - A credit card deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your appointment begins and ends according to the time you reserved. It’s important to arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time. Late arrivals can still receive treatment, but will only receive the remaining scheduled time as to not impact other client appointments. You will be charged for the full time reserved. If you know you'll be late, please extend me the courtesy to call or text ahead and let me know your ETA.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to limited appointments, we request you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or changes made after the 48 hour time period will be charged 50% of the booked treatment time.
No Shows and appointments canceled within 12 hours of appointment time will be charged the full amount of your booked treatment time. No exceptions.
Clients with multiple last minute cancellations may be required to pre-pay for appointments and may be removed from any reoccurring or pre-existing appointments. If your card declines from a cancellation or no-show charge your account will be put on hold and you will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is paid.
